Heather J Page
Heather is a successful Talent Management Leader with over 25 years of expertise who has worked with a range of organizations and industries ranging from: Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Professional Services & Manufacturing - Fortune 50 - to Fortune 500 organizations and Start-Up's.
Heather has served as both an internal partner and external consultant for several organizations. Her passion and focus are: Organizational Design & Development, Leadership Development Curriculum Design, Leadership Coaching and Enterprise-Wide Change to enhance both Business and Talent Management Strategies for long-term success.
Heather holds a Master's of Education from Alverno College and a B.A. from UW-Milwaukee. In addition, Heather holds numerous certifications including: Registered Certified Coach, DDI Interviewing Coach, DiSC, Green Belt Certified as well as a PMP - in Accelerated Implementation Methodology (AIM).

Julie Jordan
Julie Jordan brings over 25 years experience in the field of Organization Development and Training with a focus on change management, process improvement and instructional design. She is an accomplished workplace learning and development consultant having created courses and programs for a wide range of industries including communications, healthcare, finance and pharmaceutical. She has developed and managed several training departments and is passionate about making sure the right tools are in place to ensure success of both the individual and the organization.
As an internal consultant for several organizations, Julie successfully developed and facilitated enterprise-wide change management workshops. She also conducted process improvement initiatives for large-scale systems migrations, and designed career development programs for succession planning. Utilizing various programs such as DiSC and Patrick Lencioni’s Five Dysfunctions of a Team, Julie brought together new teams during times of change, as well as teams that were in conflict.
Julie earned a bachelor’s degree in Business and Management and a master’s degree in Instructional Design with an emphasis in organization development, both from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. She holds the Certified Change Management Professional designation (CCMP) as well as the Registered Corporate Coach designation (RCC).
Julie currently teaches part-time at Alverno in the graduate program as well as conducts change management workshops for emerging leaders at UWM School of Continuing Education.
